When you click to view any electronic resources, such as eBooks in WorldCat Discovery or our Databases list, you will get the following login screen.  Use your BGC email and password to login here.

Troubleshooting

If your login is rejected, your password may have expired or your computer may be caching an outdated or incorrect password.
 
Try logging in to your BGC email in a private or incognito browser window to see if the password works there.
  • If you are able to log in, you might need to reset your browser data to clear a cached credential or cookie (instructions).
  • If your password doesn't work, you can reset your password using the Self Service instructions below.

Reporting

For issues accessing eResources through WorldCat Discovery, note the following options:

Use the "Report a broken link" option beneath eResource links for issues with specific links.  Please provide some details on the issue you are experiencing.

For other issues with WorldCat Discovery, use the "Send feedback" option, available on Discovery as follows.  

This is useful because the form includes information about your session that an email to us would not.
